Decent Stay but Room for Improvement
The staff were friendly, but my room felt cramped for two. On-site dining options were limited, with additional charges for breakfast. Parking needs improvement too. a basic place to crash, but don’t expect luxury.

We stayed with 20 family members, and everyone enjoyed the cozy bar and the efficient check-in. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the concert venue we planned to visit. Breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would greatly improve the experience.

great location but needs some updates
The location made it easy for us to explore. The staff ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay, offering to change our room if needed.
Certain areas felt outdated, which detracted from our experience.

Had a lovely 2-night stay where I enjoyed the cozy bar and got to unwind in the games room with a pool table. The burger I had on the second night was absolutely amazing and definitely worth trying out! The only hiccup was the noise coming from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

We had a lovely stay where we enjoyed a round of drinks at the cozy bar after a fun evening! The hotel has a games room and a chill lounge area that made our downtime really relaxing. Although the stairs to our room were a bit of a workout, it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 😊

Perfect for family fun
The staff were really helpful, went out of their way to assist with parking, and kept the kids busy with pool tables and vintage arcade games. Plus, the room with a triple bunk bed was fantastic for us, made everything easier for the 3 kids, it felt like a little adventure sleeping up there.
It wasn't the lowest price out there but still acceptable for what we got.

The room was clean and comfy, definitely a plus! The bed was really nice to sleep in, and the pillows felt great. Just the right amount of cozy. The decor had a nice vibe too, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Had a few issues with hospitality though, which kind of took away from the stay. Would've loved better service to match the room.

Comfy stay with room for improvement
We stayed for 2 nights as a couple, and the location was super! The room was clean and comfy, loved the Netflix option on the smart TV! The bar was open, but finding staff to serve was a hassle—felt like we were alone in there. it was a satisfying stay minus the service hiccup.

Rooms are compact but clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast is tasty, and staff are friendly, making up for the cramped family room setup. The location is fantastic, close to attractions, but the burger smell from downstairs and the noise from the early morning bins can be a bit off-putting.
